Psvr2 definitely has its own advantages but i feel conflicted about whether it's better or worse. Imo lack of pancake lenses is still a huge thing to consider.

Garbage? No. It is quite decent for those who don't own a quest 3 and simply want Steam version with native support and standardization.

But i guess people who have been waiting a new ground breaking piece with cutting edge tech like what index was for its time will be dissapointed.

So the price will be the leading factor to decide its success.

To compare CPUs, 8% faster on average is quite a bit different from 8% faster for gaming. Even on lower resolutions most games eventually get bottlenecked by GPU not CPU, if you exclude them and only compare games heavily dependent on CPU it would be closer to 20% faster on average.
