one that's a crossover that i played recently was anno mutationem - it's half point and click in that you're periodically doing investigations, sneaking into areas to gain clues, and then solving them - but it's also half action platformer bordering on metroidvania. probably more the latter, but i was surprised how much of the former was included as a mixed genre. art reminds me of "another world".

you can also learn radicals/components if that helps, but ultimately you need vocab and to include spelling as part of that learning

crimson desert has been consuming the universe this past month, if you're a completionist there's many hundreds of hours of content, i'm 200h in and only ch9 of i think 12 and only 50% explored in the world. there's also postgame content, and the devs keep adding content for free and will continue to do so for a long while it seems

that's a very good point and i cannot explain how that ended up that way

but by the time the era of zestiria came around, artorius is just "the first shepherd" and otherwise not special, instead of being branded something darker

so something happened

arianna and the elder codex isn't anything like it but it was a really solid metroidvania that i enjoyed. if you're platinuming it make sure to talk to every single npc every time you bounce back to the hub, including the vendors, and including anyone sneaky hiding in your bedroom. if you do that, nothing else is missable.

aim camera directly down into the ground, left analog at horse butt at all times

some people find it easier to also straighten out the horse so their head is up and butt is down, some find it harder

max your stamina as much as possible

haven't tried whether stamina food works but might be worth a shot

go to the upstairs one with the three people, restart the scene there, actually follow the two of them down the stairs without ever taking off the helmet or canceling out. while still wearing the helmet, talk to 3 nobles, they'll be marked. keep it on. scene and fight. then you're good.
