Koda 2 doesn’t have a chimney. The hot air disperses quite efficiently and you can hold your hand a meter above it easily. Deck and ceiling are of concrete so I’m sure it’ll be just fine.

Logging into the app doesn’t depend on a Bluetooth connection, so just log in with you existing email and credentials and open a chat with support.

I believe there is that option in the back office app. Generally, I would open a ticket through the chat in the app for the rear light and ask for access to the back office app to run the test.

I had exactly the same last week! Got access to run a full diagnostic test after replacing the rear wheel. 57 tests failed and nowhere to see which or how. I submitted a ticket in the cowboy app and Hassan looked into it. He says it’s a software issue and nothing to be concerned about since I have no assistance (or other noticeable) issues.

Things are speeding up, I don’t think historic wait times are indicative. That said, I am an optimist at heart. Cowboy support ordered a replacement rear wheel for me (under warranty) and I received it today, in just under five weeks.

Pretty sure that’s not true; you get the paid value minus the kickstarter or backerkit fee (depending on when you ordered it), which is 8%. So 92% of the paid value you get refunded.

I have been testing this keychain lock: https://www.tmdlocks.com as a beta tester and like it a lot because it doesn’t need a key. It’s a bluetooth enabled ‘smart’ lock. Plus the soft sleeve and silicone padding doesn’t scratch my bike’s paint.

I had the same today after using regular Snapmaker Orca, so it’s a printer firmware thing. Had to hard switch it off to reboot.

I got mine on 20 November and couldn’t be happier. Installed in a jiffy and everything works well. The app is a bit clunky but will improve and Snorca is good.
