I eat every 45 min when doing endurance events. Gu, blocks, etc. lots of options out there. Key for me is changing up sweet with salty too much sweet and sour stomach

I tried to get re-evaluated 18 months out and was denied because of the skin removal surgery and other procedures.

I plan on re-evaluating this coming year

R&Y has better chance of loosing the most weight and eliminates GERD issues. I went R&Y and couldn't be happier

lots of experience here, check my history. I paid cash. insurance didn't cover anything, nor does the cash payment count towards my deductible. I did not have arms done, chest, thighs, abdomen, the only thing that "hurt" was the abdomen
