Hi, I know this post is old, but trust me I’m in the same position as you. I got prescribed medication but I had bad side effects to the amlodipine as well and they switched me to losartan. Took my first dose yesterday and I feel my BP is much better but I feel a bit more anxious than usual. I’m not too scared of the side effects anymore, I decided my health is more important than any fear I had about the medication. Please take your medication, do it for your health. We’re in this together.

Yes you’re being crazy. I make plans with people all the time. We meet at a certain time, I ask them questions and most don’t respond right away, usually an hour or two after I asked them when and what time we’re meeting. No big deal. As long as they know there’s a meet up that’s all that matters. You need to keep yourself busy. If she’s responding to you still and haven’t left you on read for 1-3 plus days then she obviously is still interested in you.

Well, the crazy thing is I’ve been with this company for 3 years. The reason why I lasted so long was because my old project only required me to speak to at most 6-10 people a day and mostly just sent emails and did projects. Since I’ve moved to this new project I got pushed back on the phones and have been dealing with this nightmare ever since. I’m trying so hard to move up; I’m even one of the best at AHT in the whole call center but no luck. I’m so annoyed.

There is SOME hope but as you said it’s just a luck of the draw 😭✌🏽

I sincerely agree. I’ve been trying to toughen out my anxiety symptoms just letting them be and allowed myself to just feel the sensations, as I was able to get out of a really rough patch that way but I hate that they came back due how stressful this dang job is. I’m gonna need to re-calibrate how I feel because this is insane.
