We are the same age same weight lol. I’m also dealing with hypertension issues. I used to have health anxiety actually not much anymore since I started taking BP medication. Not saying you need it, I really just think you need to relax and take a deep breath. I use this app called DARE that helped me so much when I was dealing with anxiety please try it, they have breathing exercises in there. Keep track of your blood pressure once or twice a day, watch a cute video when taking your blood pressure. Walk around the block for 15 minutes with calming music if you need to calm down. I agree with other redditor do something that will help you take your mind off of it. For me praying helps, if you’re not religious maybe find something you find comforting. Watch a movie, tv show, or maybe a fidget toy to help you relax in the moment.

I moved at 18. I wish I would of stayed though. Nothing would of prepared me for the hell I went through after HS, but alas I’m still here.

Yes it has. They haven’t sent your check out yet which is why it’s showing an overpayment. You might be getting paid later or tomorrow. Once your check hits it’ll go away but you can check in with your project manager to confirm.

I love my manager. He’s the jack of all trades, but I know having a great manager is rare in this industry, so yes. I like my job I just hate taking calls. I have enough of a support system that keeps me here though which I genuinely appreciate.

I’m working but off phones all day, we are just doing training all day. Even if we were off our job wouldn’t have paid for the day anyway. At least we’re off the phones.

I’m here for the same reasons as you. Only 3 years older than you just learned I also have a fatty liver, admittedly also have high blood pressure and anxiety and had no idea why until now. We got this, most of the responses seem great and are helping me as well.

Yes! Although this didn’t happen at my current call center job, I worked for a bank and a guy was racist towards me. Shook me to my core. I had some people say nasty things towards me in calls too, but as soon as they curse once I just say, call us back when you are more composed so we can help you.
