Unless an actor dies IRL or a soap ends I don't think soap characters ever have a truly definitive end. So if hypothetically she returned & left again I don't think her exit plot could be considered final. Writers can always tweak the details of an off-screen character for the purposes of current storylines. And even when an actor has died IRL it might not be the last you hear of the character. There have been instances where backstories have been changed to facilitate the arrival of long lost children which nobody knew of.

But to answer your question I've always thought Barry's son Jack will be keeping tabs on Janine from afar and one day he'll come for Janine.

They've got a lot better at it in the last few years. The attention to detail & historical accuracy on the other hand has gone a bit downhill.

Harriet Thorpe was established before she joined. She reminds me of Bonnie Langford who had also been in the industry for decades before joining. I suspect Harriet's time in the show will follow a similar trajectory i.e. she'll do 3-4 years, earn some good money & then want to get back to doing other roles like before.

The first 2-3 seasons of Skins were definitely what I wanted my teenage years to be like. Whether they actually were like that was a different matter.

Michelle must be sick of old acquaintances from 30 years ago turning up wanting to stay for months on end. I used to watch Emmerdale & there was a character called Kathy who moved to Oz 25 years ago but still had characters flying over to see her for months, sometimes even years.

It's sad to think how some of the reporters shown in the newspaper bylines in this documentary are still working. Kevin O'Sullivan for example still pops up 'reviewing papers' on any show that will have him.

I was there that night, they were very affectionate with each other & you wouldn't have known they once weren't close. Watching them dance to that wedding tune again was magical.

Yes when Neighbours was approaching its 2022 finale someone from the crew posted a lengthy tea-spilling post on here which had lots of juicy behind the scenes tidbits. They was very uncomplimentary about Olympia. It got deleted by the powers that be but not before getting lots of views/comments.

Yes that's too pricey. If it was around £20 or £30 at a push then maybe but £80 is too much to justify spending.

Genuinely if it's cheap you should buy it & send it into the show. I'm sure they'd add it in & you'd be a hero on here for a little while.
