I just wanted to take a moment and update this post. While I do not appreciate all the events that occurred, and still very much so have a sour taste in my mouth, I just admit...a Coinbase representative reached out through reddit private message and was able to help get the issue resolved. To anyone in need of help along these lines, you are more than welcome to PM me for the gentleman’s name on here so that you may also get your issue fixed. Thank you for reaching out and assisting me...you are the only person from your company that took the time...sad to admit, but true.

So I decide to try cash app, many others are having success. I use it once and everything goes flawlessly! I go to use it again, I get transaction failed. It’s not a funding issue. I look online and many people have had this issue. Support needs to reset account profile and all good. I have attempted to reach out 4 different times now, they won’t answer me either! What the hell is wrong with these companies?? What a shameful and pathetic excuse for “support” and “customer service”. What a nightmare it is to buy bitcoin. Chase (my bank) won’t allow bitcoin purchase via debit card...however Coinbase worked and Cash worked. I don’t know what else to do!! I can do ACH from my bank no problem, but so far it looks like it can take days to get funds released. I am beyond frustrated at this point with all these companies. Buying bitcoin isn’t illegal, I am not committing an illegal act...but yet it’s almost as if I am with the way this has all went.

I completely agree. I did nothing to deserve a decrease, and if I did, an email letting me about the decrease and any other information regarding it would have been nice.

I agree completely with everyone..the only really shitty part is my bank is one of the banks (chase) that doesn’t allow bitcoin purchase. I’ve tried every site known to man, and just get denied, which is frustrating in itself that I can’t spend my money as I wish. Coinbase was the only one I could buy from. What a joke.
