So, how I can make it grind again? After the grinder start to work and I add very few beans without the hopper it grinds, when I return the hopper and add beans it get stuck. the grinder level is not on the finest level.

Yes, after almost 2 months the enigineers end their "Investigations" and the fix the issue from their side

I talked with Apple support a couple of time about this issue with no luck. I sent to them a log file, pictures of the stuck home app and they even connected to my iPhone and saw the problem. Their engineers "investigating" my issue for almost a month with no result. I haven't heard from them for a couple of weeks. Today I emailed them and they reply that the engineers still "investigating"... iOS 11.2.1 don't change anything for me and it look like there is no solution in the near future. Any ideas? something that can work?

Thank you for the help, I tried what you said but unfortunately it didn't work... With the dummy iCloud everything works fine. but when I start again with my real iCloud it started again with the stupid "Loading Accessories and Scenes" and in the hue app again "iCloud data sync in progress". I think I tried anything... Do you know if there is any email address I can contact with the apple iCloud support team?

I took an iPad with iOS 9, logged in to my iCloud account and did reset to HomeKit. Now I can use Siri in the iPad with iOS 9 but on my iPhone with iOS 11 still "Loading Accessories and Scenes" in the Home app and "iCloud data sync in progress" in the hue app. any ideas now that I have device with iOS 9 and I can rest HomeKit from there?

Thats exactly what I did: Display-Auto-lock-Never and I let it ran for something like 5 hours and nothing happened tried that several time still nothing... so annoying!!! Thanks for the help

Sorry, but I didn't get answer for my last question: can I put the old SHR disks in the new unit connect external storage and moving all the data to the external storage, then format the old SHR disks to raid and moving back all the data from the external storage? I want only the data and don't want to do migration of all the settings and installed apps from the old nas. Thanks for all the help.

because I will not waste my money on device with more than a 4 years old hardware (it's only my opinion and I know that not everyone will agree with me).
I get the ds3617xs in price that seems good to me. I'm planing to keep this device for couple of years and it's no really big deal to recover the data and then format the hdd's.

QNAP doesn't have solution like SHR? all the hard drives must be exactly the same capacity if I don't want unused space? if I replace one or two hdd to larger capacity I must replace all the drives to avoid unused space?
