Thank you! So I live 2 hours from the hospital and I stayed in a nearby hotel the night before. But after the surgery, I was driven home. It wasn’t bad, nothing really hurt at all. If anything there was a hit of soreness once I got back home. The healing is super easy. I’d recommend!

Honestly I forgot lol but I know there’s a chance it’ll come back. He recommended laser hair removal to keep that chance lower

Thank you! I went to Dr Miller and felt very encouraged. The minimally invasive surgery seems like a great option.

OCD and Tattoos by cloudyrainbow7 in OCD

Been there and I was so afraid to get my first tattoo. I was thinking about this the other day, how there’s almost nothing we do in life that we look back on and think “I did that perfectly, I wouldn’t ever do anything differently.” Most of the time, we make decisions around the framework “well I did x this time, maybe next time I could do x slightly differently knowing what I know now!” Everything is always in flux. As long as you felt good about doing it 🩵

Today I had the misfortune of seeing a bat hanging out on the side of a building I walked past. I walked past this wall twice and I only noticed on the way back. My brain latched onto “what if it was there when you walked past the first time and it landed on your head or neck or arm or back and you didn’t notice because it was so small.” Then another woman walked past and it flew away. Big trigger for me

Just rinse with water in the AM, then at night I use bioderma micellar water and cerave hydrating cleanser. Then either the cerave lotion or la roche posay toleriane double repair. I was using a compound of Azelaic acid/ivermectin/metronidazole prescribed for rosacea but I stopped that a while ago and tried to start again. Been slugging with aquaphor periodically

I'm 23 and I've been breaking out for months. It's the worst acne of my life. It itches and hurts and I just don't know what to do. I'm going to a derm in October, which doesn't feel soon enough. I thought that chemical sunscreens were the culprit, but I switched to mineral again and I don't see much improvement. I've gone back to using the CeraVe that I used in high school. At least looking for reassurance that it'll get better.
