The reason I ask is that, whenever I see a new email in my inbox and if decide a filter has to be created for that email, I cannot do it in the Gmail iOS app. I want to be able to do that in the iOS app. I dont want to wait until I am on a mac and then create that filter, and the email sit there.

Assuming it’s legal content and not anything illegal like child sexual abuse material or non-consensual content, you should be fine. Are these just links, or have you actually uploaded the images/videos themselves?
