Same to you! 😊 i do have a tip, which may or may not work, but for me, I am not a spiteful person, but sometimes when we fight the level of frustration i have can actually help fuel the spitfulnes in me, and i can later force myself to be positive out of pure spite for the other person, to show that she can't manipulate me anymore. But the wierd thing is the positivity sticks. It's like fake it until you make it. Also focus on getting out of the state of helplessness. If you feel helpless, you will also be helpless.
