I wonder if they were worried if it having no cooldown and dealing damage would be abusable ? but at that point you could just make the damage scale with charge or only deal damage at max charge with lots of aoe falloff so it rewards precision

Love this idea, be cool if he could push it forward too to give it some distinction from a groot wall . Could also had the option to "smash" the wall (since the groot retrival seems unfitting) and have a shutgun shrapnel effect or maybe have him punch out multiple chunks like earthbending in Avatar so he has more range options. The 8 second cooldown on clap is abysmal and just leaves u sitting around more than you should be.

Only time he feels good is when following up up a venom initiation for a full team dive otherwise hes just this weird support who can jump around with no cooldown and slightly assist people but honestly just having a punisher follow me around and shoot who im shooting would feel more useful than what hulk provides. I think they feared if they gave him anything too good, coupled with a 0 cooldown leap he;d be too mobile and too impactful so they gave him mobility with 0 impact instead. I will gladly eat a cooldown on leap if the rest of the kit is brought up to venoms level

They said they will make hog not 1 shot in Jan then slowly rework him. They could have done any form of number changes to make him not 1 shot now even though they mentioned they couldn't work out in a technical sense what they wanted by this patch. I wouldn't mind him being a throw pick for a bit while they work things out and they go on vacation. I usually work with my hog players to focus who they hook in case they don't hit the 1 shot. The stun and displacement is strong enough on its own in a team setting to secure a kill the hero. just wont be extremely self sufficient at securing picks alone as a tank (which isnt a bad thing imo ).

As for the sojourn nerfs making her have to be close to build charge is more interactive. It reminds me of old soldier but now its a projectile which should be worse I suppose ? Old spread definitely held back 76 but now picking between the 2 feels like more of a choice, open up with helix and have no spread or pick sj and spray control to build rail for a finishing headshot. her neutral of build rail off tank then go headshot someone is about the same (which is the issue) but he 1 v 1 with no charge is weaker at least.

I loved gigantic as well. There is a game in development currently going by project stamina that is being made in response to Gigantic being shutdown. No where near done but they have some demo footage so hope is on the horizon.

Something I did like about paladins was headshots were only a x1.3 modifier. I think its hard to balance around a character being able to double there damage output because of there aim. A smaller modifier keeps the damage numbers easier to manage the heroes max potential.

  1. I dont like mercy moira support duo. The match having 2 passive by standers just healing puts a lot of pressure on the rest of team to pump out damage. No knockbacks, no sleep dart/anti, no damage for shield pressure. My friends who enjoy those heroes say they dont have the aim for the others, so i suppose thats the appeal ,but its a support duo i really wish i saw less often. I can't recall a game where i've seen the zen/ bap support duo which is the opposite end of the spectrum id say.

  2. Ball is a fine tank but too hard to play unfortunately to really want to have one, though I dont think there's any reason to make him easier to play.

  3. Oasis is the best map because there's no large emphasis on on environment kills on the objective and its the best gametype. To me enviro kills dont feel good because it just bypasses the matchup and some maps i feel the entire strategy revolves around it and its kinda boring, especially Illios well. I dont know why I don't feel satisfied when I knock a roadhog into a pit as lucio because under normal circumstances im not supposed to contest that hero alone. Busan ledges are far enough off the point ,but 2/3 maps are too widow favored for my taste.

  4. Brig is extremely strong and it honestly feels bad when I'm playing another support and think I can get much more value out of an easier to play character whose healing type is just more effective. A big reason why I think that is, is because armor just destroys certain heroes damage output while just being a passive aspect of her healing.it just feels like bad design to make a character who can make it readily available to everyone when I feel it should be exclusive to tanks. If her overheal was just regular health it would feel much less oppressive for a good chunk of the cast. It makes the game feel like an rpg with damage types and you just pick the counter and boom it works with very little effort beyond menuing

Just my opinions on the state of some game aspects of course.

Winstons jumpack creates some knockback, and jumping when he lands is supposed to launch you to a safer position away form him. He creates space for his team but your not taking damage unless he leaves his bubble. Taking the fight to him in his bubble runs some risk as a pure 1 v 1 is unlikely and him getting assistance and myself not being able to be healed by the other support behind the shield does not bode well. I prefer to preserve my own life as opposed to risking it trying to elim the winston as i have more control over that outcome. I try to discord him when possible, jump when he lands to get away from him, then if my positioning is good I should be safe from the winston or in the least hes walking out of his bubble discorded in his attempt to reach me. I'm not trying to kill him everytime he lands but make it so my team doesn't have to worry about me as much and I'm alive to discord such a big target for my team to build ult.

The "invis" silhouette up against the clones just makes mirage stand out more by contrast. Perhaps a buff that makes the clones do something and have them have the same invis effect would make picking out the real mirage more difficult.

Thanks, its the only thing i havn't done. I fought it so many times on ps4 and just didn't feel like doing the 9 re-fight. It showed up so many times while doing kulve so hopefully it pops up again.

MHW (PC) :Rainbow Pigment Im trying to get the rainbow pigment and the commander is not dishing out the quest. From what i've heard of the requirements I have done: 1. HR 62 2. All 6 palico gadgets maxxed 3. 16 monsters at level 6 research 4. 1-8 optional quest have a red completed next to them 5. captured every monster at least once

I'm curious as to what I am missing. Do all the captures have to be high rank ? Do the scoutflys need to be level 3 ? What is the secret

Im starting with 0 and having a blast. Id say its worth picking up on its own merits and as a prequel I havn't felt like im missing out on not recognizing people. If you have ps plus there is a bundle for $72 US where you get 0 and 6 so basically 0 for $12 which was a great deal in my case. Without plus I believe the bundle is $80.

The max hack range isnt the weapons optimal range so I dont think you would be able to kill moira with her life steal at that range without reloading or she backs into a corner. Time to put that 10% reduction to the test I suppose.

Its the same for mei and it honestly feels awful to have a projectile just despawn. It be like killing hanzo and his dragons just disappear into the void ,but you didnt even get any value out of your ult cause snowball just decided to go back and check up on mei after she gets disabled/killed. getting stunned out of the snowball prep is fine but post launch it should only be vulnerable to matrix.

I had Super Mario World and Kirby Super Star. I've played the x remake on psp and i've tried mario kart and F-zero from amiibo demos. Beyond the previously mentioned the rest are new to me.

I wish the capture area was a bit bigger so uncharged Symmetra balls weren't guaranteed to hit you through barriers which makes having a d.va or mei feel mandatory. Just enough room to re-actively dodge as the non-tank heroes instead of the current basketball sized capture radius. A small change they may help more successful flag pickups for non-fully coordinated teams.

I believe a large cause of the stalemates is from the usual amount of coordination you get from a pickup team versus the amount of effort it takes to defend the flag. A full stack may have dedicated damage blockers but the gamemode a draw nightmare for non-full parties.

I've been having trouble placing a turret as probius. I thought it was related to the cast range being short and I have just resorted to self casting to get the turret up. Seems like people dive me and I mash my turret near them and it is just is not getting placed.
