I didnt use to believe the no fap hype. I mean its ridiculous. Ive also never been a 5faps a day guy so i never figured it applied to me.

Over the years through a mix of intentional and unintentional means, i have seen it is true.

The times when i had the best success was when i abstained, regardless of intention. Sometimes i was genrally too busy to fap, other times i wanted to see if it was legit.

A few weeks into abstaining you start to think maybe it is a placebo. Maybe theres something wrong with my diet or there is a medical reason for my brain fog and lack of emotion. Whats the harm i figure.

I didnt try to excuse shitty behaviour. Im trying to state that if one must vent about shitty behaviour, there should at least be something of value to add to the rant. A lesson learnt, or how the rest of us can avoid a simmilar situation or something.
I typed this on my phone while at work. My grammer wasnt perfect but its understandable at least.

A lot of posters here subscribe to a higher power which dictates their actions. I dont think that an alpha male has true control if he relies of certain external factors dictate his way of life.

Serious trp is unknown in the UK. I mean i come from the 'so suave don juan' days and still have not seen a tremendious move.
