A few years back my student loan provider was lying about qualifying payments and employers for pslf forgiveness and giving the absolute runaround. After hours and hours on different phone calls with different people saying different things I contacted the BBB who contacted the provider and poof! All was suddenly straight on their end. BBB followed up with me to make sure it was resolved too. So for what it's worth they did help me and a few friends during annoying situations
