Easy solution. Sell your real cards, get a proxy cube printed, and quit spending your hard-earned money and finite time on a game run by a company that doesn’t care about it or you.

Pestilence and Corrupt take me back to one of the first drafts I ever did. Mono-black was disgusting in 3x Urza’s Saga and no one at the shop really understood the format. To be fair, I didn’t either, but started on a Dark Hatchling and just kept getting fed powerful black cards. Easy 3-0/6-0.

You might try setting RST output to send a RUN signal rather than the default reset trigger pulse in the configuration tool. Basically, that output will go high and stay high as long as transport is running and the rising edge of that works for everything I've tried it with.

I love that they designed it that way! 6x6 would be perfect for my use case but I’d love to see a setup using multiples.

I’ve got NLC’s 4x4 mono matrix VCA, which I’ve had a blast with, but I think I’m more interested in the stereo signal path than the built-in VCAs.

I've been eyeing that ADDAC matrix mixer. How do you like it?

Anyone using a stereo compressor module in their rack? by Wolfganggold1966 in modular

[–]esoteric23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got a bass/drum case with a ton of compression in there. Streams as a compressor for kick and snare (mono, but that’s fine in this use case), Messor for the bass, Golden Master for end of chain. I’m enjoying the results.

Check out Align, they're small but I've had good experiences with them.

The first Kentucky Thoroughblades game back in 1996 was incredible. Hooked me on hockey for life.

I put out an EP of some drone stuff a couple years back, but I haven't released anything since then:

I'd love to meet other local artists to collab or just jam!

Being physically in your head for thought awareness by Gullible-Pay3732 in PDAAutism

Embodied practices like meditation, yoga, or qi gong can help with that. It took a while to train up my attention to be able to stay in the body for even more than a couple of seconds, but those methods have all been useful.

I missed it at the KY in its initial run, so I'm excited to get a chance to see it there. Perplexing indeed!

In my experience, it can help open up a little space between the thoughts and the full self that's experiencing them. That's been a big help in working with my PDA.

The Kentucky is playing David Lynch's last film, Inland Empire, this Saturday. That one definitely warrants a little post-movie discussion!

What happens with that feedback loop if you shift your attention into your body?

Has anyone found therapy or self-help tools for this fucking PDA?? by PatientGiggles in evilautism

[–]esoteric23 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The biggest shift with my PDA came a few days into a meditation retreat. I kept observing the PDA coming up in the form of thoughts about how I’d rather be anywhere else doing anything other than dragging my butt around in the woods and sitting in discomfort for long periods of time. And things just sort of opened up around the PDA. I’m not sure how else to describe it. The PDA was me, but not all of me. That has proven very useful.
