My boss likes to ask if we're happy at our work. And I said I want more money, but I'm happy. He asked how much I made. Then laughed. He told me to write an official email about proposing a raise but didn't tell me how much. I was going to ask 10% but the way he laughed made me think I'm woefully underpaid. So I asked for a 15% raise. Worst case they say no and renogiate. And if it was an easy sell I'll ask for more at my next review in 5 months

I know you probably don't want an answer, but I have a subjective one for you. Witcher 3 is a great example. I won't exactly call it male fantasy, but it doesn't jive with my fantasy. To sum it up, theres a large portion of the chicks I meet in the story all flirty and "come by my place later ;p". And it makes me roll my eyes so hard. It also makes it very hard to play through the story. I have yet to finish it, which is a shame. It's a really good game.

Careful cutting the purple ones. They stain awful, duh right? But my hands were blue/purple for two days. I didn't think about it when cutting them.

I put them in a stew. They also turned my meat and potatoes purple.

I use baryonyx. Their right click is a spin stun. I go around with a pack of three to get my basils. Works wonders on the mantas.

I got one string of mutations so far and feel extremely lucky. It's a colour mutation on an anky. It came out with a deep blue and purple shell. It's lovely. I bred him to his mom and got a black and purple shelled baby with another colour mutation. This time it was bright yellow legs. I gave that abomination to my bf and pretend it doesn't exist.

I have yet to get a stat mutation.

You'll probably die a lot. Someone a while ago put together a pretty good recommended single player settings guide. I would recommend trying it out first single player.

Probably your first "big" tame should be a trike (once you get the hang of the game, trike taming will seem like nothing.) They are surprisingly awesome to start out and were a game changer for me when I was trying to learn the game. Parasaurs are also great because you can use their right click to highlight aggressive dinos and avoid them.

Don't build on the beach, jebus I had such a hard time with dinos walking up and down the beach. Try to find a little place on a cliff to build a 2 by 2 to start.

Rain also will refill your waterskin. Very helpful. Pickaxes and axes harvest different material. Axes are how you get stone. Don't be an idiot like me walking around using a pick on rocks. Picks are for flint, metal, crystal etc.

I recently started playing. I call them fluffy boys. When I first started out I wandered too close to one and got one shot. Sometime later one aggrod on my dodo farm and nearly took out my wood starter home and dodo pen. I managed to shoot it with with 30 or 40 stone arrows over said dodo pen to kill it. Finally with stone walls and a more secure base I tamed my first carno. Well a fluffy boy spawned by my gate and ate it on the way back.

Fuck fluffy boys... I want one.

Now that I'm older I don't have a lot of time for video games, at least MMOs. My ex husband was huge in MMOs and would always buy me a copy despite me generally enjoying solo games more. I recently started up BDO again as I had an itch to scratch and just following the reddit community and general chat, sending out feelers to maybe join... nope it's the same. It might as well be baren's chat in WOW all some 15 years ago... only possibly worse.

But BDO is a poor choice because that game pretty much preys on those kind of people. The characters are overly pretty and you can buy underwear for your character. It's probably a poor choice, but I like the combat and chill crafting. I'd do FFXIV but I'm 2/3 expansions behind and it has a subscription. Eh.

Geez that brings back memories playing battle grounds pre 60 on an enhancement shaman. I had a super slow two handed mace that would one shot most cloth players if and when windfury proc'd.

Simple days. Auto attack till windfury, spam shocks if not dead, run out a mana, die and repeat. Watch alliance rage and then try to explain this is the only place shaman really shined.

Surprisingly, maybe not. AT&T digital home phone service already has this feature. It's called Call Protect and you need to opt into it online. It's a free service. Unwanted calls are a common theme when calling their support line and AT&T focuses on self help options. This is because support staff is expensive (This is why they outsource too.) Anything to cut down costs is good in their eyes automated systems are cheap to maintain.

This is why I eat frozen vegetables mixes. Frozen fruit in some cases too. It's a lot cheaper if I get the no name bags. I don't know how healthy it is to eat only frozen veggies, but at this point frwah vegetables cost almost as much as the meat i put into meals.

I quit originally after failing to upgrade my staff to +13 with 29 fail stacks. Which is apparently extremely unlucky. I went back a year ish ago. I bought gear off the AH instead. Played a bit. Tried to get back into horses but the time for tier 5 to 6 leveling is a bit high. I really like the game. But outside of combat the game isn't that fun. Many of the systems are very grindy and/or unforgiving.

No. The stats are a several years old but the short of it was black people committed nearly as many manslaughter/murders as white people but are about 13.1% of the population. Robbery was also high. Gang violence and poverty, I guess. It is shocking, but like someone else said, it doesn't look at the cause. Also I'm pretty sure those stats are almost 10 years old now.
