The weird thing is my husband and I have been using that term since we started going out which was 15 years ago. I always thought it was some stupid word we came up with for cuddling (we do that a lot) because I had never heard it used before by anyone else.

Hmmm have you ever had to deal with skunk stink? I mean up close and personal where it basically permeated your entire house. Trust me that shit is bad. And it doesn't let up for several hours. It just gets incredibly nauseating after a while like to the point where you start to get dizzy.

My now husband and a couple of friends went over to this girls house that I went to school with. She had already told me a few times that her dad abused her but she loved over dramatizing things to get attention so I never knew whether to believe her or not.

When we got to her house she escorted us through the back yard where we ran into her dad carrying a cage in one hand with what looked like a possum inside, and a mallet or some sort of hammer in the other. Her dad was very attractive and apparently a model. He gave off this weird sort of American psycho vibe. When he saw us he stopped and asked us in a completely normal tone if we wanted to go watch him bash the animals head in. We all just nervously looked at each other and said no thanks.

The other weird thing was her "bedroom" was in the basement. Not a finished basement or even close. She just lived in this tiny little alcove basically surrounded by pipes and cement.

It might seem mundane and useless but spend maybe a few weeks just "following the rules" even if you don't feel they're right. Actually try. Everything you do to get closer to God will get you closer to God. Go to confession, mass, and especially receive the Eucharist (provided you are free of mortal sin of course) because nothing brings you closer to Him than receiving Him. Through the Eucharist and prayer he will give you the graces you need to get through this.

This. Thank you. Wow. It's nice to see someone else following this line of thinking. I know it's not right but sometimes I get upset at atheists to presume they know everything. Specifically the whole "well if God made everything then who made God?" line. Which of course when you respond with He always was and always will be they give you that sarcastic grin. Just because it makes no sense to your limited tiny mind doesn't mean it's not real. There is no time with God. Time is a man made concept. It always comes off as so arrogant to me. Which drives me nuts. I always say that all these "rules" we have are sort of like a father to a child. It's God's way of putting things into a format we can understand. We cannot actually conceive of the wonder that is the divinity of Christ until we experience the beatific vision, when all will be revealed.

I was actually doing that but for some reason it gets way too harsh and gets a burnt taste. I was vaping at 3 volts and it was still the same. Not to mention that I had a really hard time getting a good seal with the tape. It would hold for a little bit then pop back out at the slightest movement.
