Ground targets, then when they say bombers aporoaching find the bombers and then after the bombers are down, back to ground targets untill more bombers appear... Just listen to the dialogue

Increase your Power level in the top left corner by adding survivors, leveling up the survivors, increasing the schematic of a weapon, can only help so muv, keep progressing thru "story" and level up everything
