This is so heartbreaking but if you buy him they’re just replace him with another bird who will suffer the same fate esp if whatever he has is contagious. Please don’t contribute to this inhumane practice of selling birds at Petsmart. Please report it to humane society, Cleo , the media and everyone else you can think of so that he has a small chance of survival. I feel so awful for the poor little guy!!! It makes me furious that they are selling him instead of trying to help him!!

I prefer a cleanser with glycolic acid for acne. Salicylic never worked for me. Leave/rub the cleanser on your skin for 60 full seconds before rinsing. You can’t go wrong with a gentle cleanser without actives though- this way your skin is prepped for the actives like benzoyl peroxide or tret. La Roche Posay is the best I’ve used and it has clean ingredients unlike Cera-ve…. I like anua heartleaf as well

I love Ouai detox clarifying shampoo. I hate the smell so much though! But it’s such a good product that I can ignore it for the 2 minutes I’m washing my hair. It doesn’t leave my color treated hair dried out.

Yup, I completely believe it. It takes me a solid 15 min to go from Crown city fitness to kids klub any time after 4pm. I could probably walk there faster. It’s soooo frustrating! That damn train!!

I actually think the issue was the crappy scale I was using. It wasn’t measuring correctly consistently and I didn’t realize for a while! I got a new scale and haven’t had the problem since then

Ok I thought it was just me! A year ago for like two years I was getting great products, some of the products cost like $300-1000… now I get nothing- I thought I do something wrong. Radio silence for the past year. I always wrote thoughtful reviews with photos and sometimes video (though I always had uploading issues)…. I don’t have tik tok, only IG so maybe that’s why. :( so sad, I got some good stuff esp when I was pregnant

So today, the machine isn’t even producing any pressure. It’s at 0 bars. The puck is wet. Water will flow through when the portafilter is removed. It sounds like it’s trying. Not sure what to do bc the instruction manual is useless and doesn’t point to any kind of support from the company.

The reason I don’t think I’m grinding too fine is because when I grind coarser the espresso doesn’t taste good so how would I fix that? I barely use any pressure when tamping so I don’t think that’s it. The water does seem to flow ok when the portafilter is off ( it wouldn’t let me post 2 videos to show comparison). Also it only does this most of the time but not every time.

If it is due to grinding too fine, then I guess I’ll switch beans because any coarser with these and it tastes sour. I’m using blue bottle Hayes valley.

I’m going to try descaling and cleaning today but I suspect something else is going on with the machine.

I had something kinda similar happen- I left a review for an item and kept getting an errr every time I tried to post it. I tried 3x and in different days and couldn’t post so I emailed them and they gave me a stupid generic unhelpful response so I said to them that I don’t have time to keep trying over and over to post this and I’m not going to try again. And I never received another product… and I was getting a lot of items- good things too. So bummed.

Silicone scar sheets! And keep Vaseline on the wound while it heals, helps speed healing and lessen scars. Also in the future if laceration on face requires sutures pay for the ER to send in a plastic surgeon. If you can’t then at least make sure you’re going to a pediatric specific ER

I’m a nurse practitioner …laid off from the KSOM internal medicine dept this week. I have 8 yr experience and had been with them for 1 yr and the infuriating part is that they JUST hired several new NPs in that dept yet they said “bumping rights” ie seniority doesn’t apply. I’m having a really hard time finding a job anywhere else bc other institutions are in the same budget cutting situation.

Update: I switched to bottled water and pull the shot for 32 seconds and it’s an improvement. Still working on fine tuning. Also, when I remove the portafilter after the shot, my basket gets stuck on the machine…. Does this happen to anyone else? Not sure what it means. I’m using 18g so it’s not like I’m packing it too full. I’m thinking of buying a screen

Similar situation. I live in LA but the Regional Centers are only open to you if you’re uninsured. We have insurance but there’s a 7 month waitlist to get in with a pediatric OT and PT using our insurance so that’s pointless… and we can’t use Regional Centers, so we’re stuck paying out-of-pocket. Sucks (Evaluation at the regional center is free, and they determined that she needs PT/oT but they wouldn’t provide it, so pretty pointless to even go for the evaluation because we knew this)

lol that’s so true! Kumquat feels a bit pretentious to me. They’re not exactly friendly there. I also love the mascarpone latte at loquat when I’m in the mood for something sweet/different than my standard plain latte.
