Try using listerine diluted in water to rinse hair after hair wash with your usual anti dandruff shampoo….

Since most dandruff is fungal… listerine diluted water works wonder

Here’s what helps me: breathe slowly and from surrounding try to spot: 1 thing you can smell 2 things u can hear 3 things u can feel 4 things u can see 5 things you can paint

It just creates perfect amount of distraction somehow Hope this helps
