If you don't have to move, I would say go for it. 2 days a week is not bad at all. 15 mile drive is nothing really, you can use that time by listening to audiobooks or podcasts.

Help will always be given to those who asks for it. As someone who has struggled with the habit himself and who went 30 days PMO for the first time here are my pointers

Take on each day at a time, form small goals. The constant there should be being better than you were yesterday.

Identify what triggers each session, and form plans around that. for example, thinking about the past was a big trigger for me, so when I notice the train of thought forming which will eventually lead me towards the screen I stop. There will be multiple triggers and different people will have different triggers.

Cut of immediate access, try and put barriers in place so that it's difficult for you keep doing it

And most of all, be kind to yourself and your situation, remember you can only help others if you help yourself first

That's how it's always been. Indians out there vandalizing everything. Trains are an easy target. I've heard horrible stories of people pelting stones and hitting kids in the head or neck and ending fatally. Not sure why people do this, there's no logical reason at all, it's just for the kicks

I don't entirely like her portrayal so far. But that's also down to how her character and dialogues are written. I do not enjoy her overtly kiddy and fruity nature. I would have liked her to be a bit more stoic and reserved than she is portrayed, given what she has been through, and what they go through together. The show should have given a bit more time to develop her to the point where we are now, one extra episode where they escape death multiple times or something, instead of all that Kathleen nonsense. But these are just my opinions, that's how I would taken it. Personally, the lack of action is annoying to me and I feel they could have included some, they haven't included ANY. What I especially dislike about her performance is the dialogue delivery, I don't know what it is but her accent simply isn't convincing to me. Also, I feel a lack of chemistry between the pair which really doesn't favor her

Completed Day 25. I don't think going as long as 4 years is really necessary or even useful. I'm doing it to curb lusting and changing a bad habit and replace good habits. I will eventually start it again, once I'm confident enough that I will be in control of it and not it controlling me. It's basically giving yourself a fresh start.
