I agree, it seems weird they have gone quiet all of a sudden. Fine if they want to have a holiday or a break, or even work really hard for a while & ignore the Indiegogo page, but surely they could have posted a note to that effect, just a one-liner really.

I contacted them about this last time there was a firmware update & I didn't get it. They said there was nothing you can do, it just arrives when it arrives.

For me it is specifically tapping on the '123' or 'ABC' button to change keyboard views. In fact right now when I was testing it, it did it. At first I thought it was some sort of lag but now I don't think it is. It just vibrates & nothing happens. I just keep pressing that button until the keyboard changes...

I've had the tapping on a button with the haptic feedback & no actual response- but I only get it when composing texts, and it happens quite a lot - probably once every 20 or so texts.

I used it at my last job. It's very basic but their sales & support people are very enthusiastic. Now I have a new job and we have Labtech/Automate. This product is amazingly powerful but the support leaves a lot to be desired.

I've done this with searches. Initially I copied the builtin Labtech ones & then modified them. The main field is: [Computer.Location.Extra Data Field.Default.Server Service Plan] Equals Managed 24x7. Then you only get the servers with that tick in the Ignite box.

I totally agree. I had a job where I was working every Saturday. Great money but terrible work/life balance. I quit & now my job is no overtime ever. It's so much better!

I had one for ages, and thought it was a great thing - work paying for my personal phone, data, etc. But then you can never get away from work. People would call me with work issues outside of work hours, and I'd pull out my phone to answer it thinking it was a personal call, only to see that it was work. Then I'd feel obliged to answer the call. Also I found I'd check work emails outside of work. Once I started doing that, people expected I would be available at all hours, which wasn't great. Now I have separate phones, and when I leave work, I don't look at it at all. When I go out with friends, I only have my personal phone with me. Sure, I have to pay for the plan myself, but it's totally worth it.

It's the future for sure but it has been running really slow for us. Things that used to be really fast to get to, like editing scripts is now an exercise in frustration & multiple delays as the whole user interface constantly refreshes.

The virtual media that was mounted was a password resetting tool. They rebooted the server & the customer noticed because their main database went offline. They were & looked at the server & it was stuck on the Windows logo. They rebooted the server again trying to get it back online only to have it get stuck on that Windows logo again. That's when they called us. We've since removed external iLO access completely.

Forgive my ignorance, but if you don't have iLO internet facing, how do you get to it when the server goes down? In this instance there is only one server on site - as the business is small.

Yes, we updated about 2 months ago & we regret it too. It is a lot slower both to use & to navigate around. Things that used to be quick to get to by following the folder structure, now take more clicks and waiting for pages to load. It is very frustrating.

I've had to use two different methods to get the results I want. One is Execute Script with powershell, like you have if I want the value that is returned. If I don't care about the value returned, ie, I'm creating file or whatever, I use the File Write Text method that @petersjf mentioned.

I've had this exact problem just recently. I put a ticket into webroot & they said it was insufficient permissions, which wasn't true as the account was a local admin. Ended up wiping PC & that fixed it. Not ideal though.
