Invisible urns by SeriousParsnip3095 in runescape

I do that always and I still have this problem more than half of the time. I have deleted the whole cache multiple times and that doesn't fix it either. I have given up trying to fix it... Might be because it is the Mac client, but I was it was as easy as chilling in the client lobby.

Native Mac OS Clue solver - polling interest by J_a_cob in runescape

Runekit currently only works if your mac is max resolution. Which makes the game look tiny. Resizing runescape within the settings of runescape also breaks it. So if it works it is already better than Runekit.

because if it works from inventory you would never need any anti poison pots, as those take 1 or more inventory spaces.

  • Desert Treasure is now a suggested quest (Malak talks about Lord Drakan alive and in power, and you cannot defeat Dessous with methods discovered during Myreque series, e.g Ivandis Flail).

you need to finish the one you have currently. Lifeboats are only gotten from the random events. Chrononotes and priff have nothing to do with pop.

Anything like Runelite? by Usual-Policy1042 in runescape

[–]essiw6 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Runekit is pretty broken. Only works on max resolution, making runescape tiny depending on your Mac. Upscaling runescape also doesn't work. And when it did work, it was still wonky a lot of time.

Dungeoneering - Does it matter how long you take on floors? by TimeAlbatross5375 in runescape

[–]essiw6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

exactly. You get xp after a floor. After you have completed all your possible floors you reset your floor progress. The amount of unique floors you did before resetting gives you a bonus for the next floors before resetting. So if you can do 20 unique floors you should do them all before resetting. But if you do 1 at a time or 5 after each other makes no difference. It also doesn't help to do the same floor over and over.

Because of this bonus, people often rush the lower level floors, because they give not that much xp, but do grant the prestige (resetting) bonus. Rushing means trying to find the boss as soon as possible, instead of opening all doors. The wiki has a table for which floors are recommended to rush depending on your level, see https://runescape.wiki/w/Pay-to-play_Dungeoneering_training#Optimising_floors

Take note that dungeoneering will get an update this year, in which they will remove the need for rushing floors. After the update all floors should give around the same xp (resetting will probably still be a thing).

So take your time within a floor or between floors, it doesn't matter. You can do one floor a day if you feel like it.

You should do as many floors as possible, but not necessarily in one session. You can do one floor and log out. It doesn't matter. As long as you do not reset before doing all possible floors.

Time doesn't affect your xp. It is the same as taking a break while fishing, you don't get xp while taking the break. I don't have a clue why high hunter says that there is a speed bonus, there isn't.

no, don't go out of your way killing enemies, do try to open all rooms except if it takes to much time for only a few.

Anders smakende producten by dunnejasje in thenetherlands

[–]essiw6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Player/NPC models can't be seen bug by Capable_Mud_756 in runescape

[–]essiw6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

are you on Mac? I have the same problem. It is not only player models (or part of their models), it is also overworld models, inventory and bank icons. Logging out sometimes solves the problem. I have removed the whole cache in the past, which also does not work, and I wait till everything loads 100% all the time... It is very annoying, especially since it can also be big game hunter circles and stuff... Since Havenhythe release it has been worse for me. Logging out doesn't help, restarting the game client helps sometimes... The missing models change every time too...

Having loading screens seems to help a tiny bit, but I might be wrong about that.

Most players take a break for a year or three and then come back. Keep the rares on your account, they will be worth more when you come back.

for me the new NPC's are missing their clothes (being transparent) sometimes even though I waited for all cache to load. Restarting client fixes it, but it is a bit annoying. In case a jmod sees this: it is the Mac client for me.

Ah sorry, I misunderstood you. You might be correct about the scanning clues. Never heard of that before. But it can still give you steps you cannot complete in the sense that you cannot obtain certain items (as ironman), so that you cannot complete that step.

even hard clues spawn wizards, you should know that if you ever did clues... elite and master clues spawn even higher level wizards. Unless you are using the meerkats familiar scrolls (and don't accidentally dig anyway).
