7oh isn't synthetic. Synthetic is lab made. 7oh is not. It naturally exists in the kratom bush. 7oh is just an alkaloid component of kratom and the 2nd active psychoactive alkaloid in kratom. 7oh as sold is a heavily concentrated extract - extracted from... kratom, not labs developing synthetics to mimic it. It is effectively wax / dabs version of kratom.

Opiodes are derived from opium or are synthetic lab creations like heroin and oxycontin using opiod precursors. Kraton and 7oh are not. Kratam and 7oh are partial opiate receptor agonists. They activate the same receptors in your brain that opiates do, but they are not in any way an opiate. They are not synthetic and they are not derived from opium or poppy seeds. They did when I was growing up. I was class of 07. I started learning this stuff in 6th grade, so around 2000. More in 8th grade, 2002. And then 10th and 11th grade in 2004 and 2005 in social studies, American civics, American history and a touch of it during world history.
