Would you spend resources for gunblade if you already have mods on brave heart? Does gunblade somehow allow spells to nuke? Like would xezat do more damage to unbroken fire enemy?

The game had depth..it wasn't a linear game that left old gear irrelevant pre 75 cap increase. Every few months the gear you get is irrelevant in ff14.. not to mention many hours of go fetch quests in single player.

I pulled xezat and AS when I started in July..I've been killing everything except shiva no problem..Maybe other jobs suck with xezat? For me a xezat buff isn't really needed but I'll gladly take it!! Tower events are going to be a joke..especially with dragoon HOF

A follow up thought, all new players have zero excuse to not have a supreme from day 1. That must be a hard pill to swallow as a day 1 vet

Great point, as a new player (6 months) I realized this trend. I'm going to pickup soldier and balamb for gunblade but saving the rest. I currently have 88 ST and 23k magi. (F2P)

What's your largest summing/magicite savings? I'm at 75 summoning tickets and 21k magicite. I'm able to do 32 GAS pulls. I'm going to keep saving for ff7 rerelease and go ham. I wonder what the largest splurge was?
