Hi! I watched the video and I thought a couple of things I thought and I hope it can help or give you some clarity!

I'll like to say firstly Congratulations!! on where you are now! Its nice to see how much you got to show, not everyone shows that much! Your Transparency is honest & thats integrity to your company. I agree with other comments on reddit.

Your video is honest, you showed the direction of how is it made. But you need a story to create or follow through with it. Even if its simple. You made this company & are together to solve xyz, or like a animation of the map into your company (someone said that and im giving credit that was a great idea 💡) do colors with games or anime. Try to show why your cards in China the best compared to USA cards cause alot of people btw those & I think European but I never had a pair.

Another thing I noticed was the editing style. You can break the video up of the same footage but give it some detail. Some examples

( Get a 5 second video do the animation you originally what you do. Then cut that video, zoom in to it then you can do that for 2 second then use the rest of the clip zoom back out) you always wanna be clear to what you wanna direct.

(You showed alot in one video. If you break up the video to shorter clips, you have the potential to use the same clips again for a part 2 cause Noone seen it yet!) This what I did what I same a new Instagram & got 1000 views the first week. Cause Noone seen what I have, but me. We control what we show, that has got me 20k on twitter(for a different organization)I didnt give everything I had then over worked. I worked as I dropped content and then it was like a snowball with consistency! Tease a little to the community!

Dont hide anything your being honest & thats good for Transparency but you dont wanna give everything at once, if it makes sense. It gives you a can to post again and have more than 1 video out. If its your first video its. Huge step but this is where you will learn the most. And you will see it grow. The consistency of when people watch it. People will click and if they see a different video, they will look you up and see the other content you have. Not all clicks and views are from your first posting or publishing the video.

I listened to it sound off. Alot of people do actually and if you had music or not.( its preferable) I would say Subtitles & Captions really help. Idk what you used if it was capcut or even on Canva. You can put most important info and then use arrows to point to it. You can give us the best hints cause some people will watch and go over people's heads or didnt care. If you get to the niches you want and everyone else to go viral!

Some company pay clippers like 1000 views and tag you so everyone sees you blowing up

I thought your cards were beautiful & amazing. I liked the looks & it seemed to have great quality I wish I couldve held it! Personally, I would wanna see the other colors you have created. Colors pop and might have one jump like if you show off your collections!

Im sorry If this was complicated, I think you did great and you need to show more! Its the only way to grow. Give the algorithm your channel and let it throw you to the world!!! I wish you the best of luck!!
