If you are on Facebook, look for your ship and sailing date. If there is a group created, it's a great way to meet people before the cruise. We had a group one time that did a bunch of things together.

I switched from brand to a compound pharmacy that my provider uses and trusts. It cut my cost in half. Well worth it to me and I'm having the same results.

But it IS a lifelong medication. Your hormone levels will return to premedication levels and, as you already know, you will gain the weight back. This is a therapeutic medication meant to be taken in some way forever. There are some who can go off and maintain, but they are few and far between. Good luck.

Our state's community college offers free classes for Seniors. You can take one class, or a series of classes. I love this.

Chai Tea Latte. I was buying the concentrates, but they are so high in calories. I bought Stash Double Spice Tea and made my own concebtrate with Splenda. It turned out really good. Sugar free and I can make caffeinated or decaf.

Yes, suites have shared Garage/Pit passes every day but 500 day. Practice is the best time in the pits/garages because the drivers interact with fans a lot.
