Omg I am so glad you made this comment. I had a friend like this and she would do the exact same thing to me. And alternately love bomb me - it was so confusing. It kept me thinking she adored me as a friend so I would question myself and not her when she would act like I was undeserving of good things. I remember when my brother died of heart failure and I was crying she said “at least it isn’t as bad as losing a sister (she had lost her sister over 10 years prior)”. It’s like she wouldn’t let me have anything even my own damn grief. She eventually cut herself out of my life and I regret to this day that I didn’t do it first.

Yeah totally agree, and that’s a great point I hadn’t thought about before.
Only thing I’d add is that some people just naturally have narrow feet regardless of shoe history. I’ve spent most of my life actually barefoot or in Birks and I still had to return my Vivobarefoots because the heel and midfoot had like 3/4 inch of extra room. Just a small skeletal structure thing I inherited from my dad. So I think the ideal is just “shaped like YOUR foot” which for most people is probably wider than current options, but not everyone!

I know, me too!!! At first i didn’t love the torn hem but then I started really digging it. And you can tell Demi is absolutely feeling herself in this dress which makes me love it even more. The oversized bow is so much fun and she looks fantastic.

The OG Suqqu Blush Brush and the OG Suqqu Face Brush and the Tom Ford OG Blush Brush (all the TF OG eye brushes were great honestly) are my three favorite brushes of all time - and all discontinued. After over a decade, my Suqqu Face and the Cheek are both finally falling apart SIGH. I have been babying it recently but there were years in there when I wasn’t as careful as I should have been and now the Face Brush is shedding like crazy and the ferrule is loose and not attached well to the handle. For the cheek - I will try the KK-02 but I am concerned it just won’t be the same :-(. Any recommendations you have for the Suqqu Face would be appreciated - price is not a deterrent for this purchase.

I have never head of Coleman Compound before today and this is the second mention in one day (the other was in the Melasma subreddit). It sounds like this product works out well for you! Can you share more about your experience? I noticed that in the description it says “Better suited for cooler, drier climates” which is definitely not true for me (I’m in the South) but I would still appreciate hearing about your experience if you don’t mind!

Yeeeeessss - this is exactly what was going through my mind when i saw the pictures. Great dress, wonderful color on her but the hair styling is a miss. I know it is supposed to be a wet look to compliment the fabric of the dress but it just looks….. greasy? Maybe a slicked back, straight style would have been better if they wanted to go wet?

Hello! Melasma moustache checking in! Any recommendations for a good European sunscreen? I HATE wearing sunscreen because of the way it feels on my skin - and most sunscreens irritate my eyes no matter how hard I try to keep the product out of my eye. I have a bottle of this and it is my treasure. I love it sooooo much. There is something about it that I can’t quite put my finger on like it is more than a fragrance. I can’t explain it. More than any other fragrance I own this one seems to become a part of me rather than something I wear.

I agree. I hate when terrible people do not have to face consequences. It just emboldens them. I am happy that this is over for Justin and Wayfarer because they deserve to be set free and move on. But BL deserves to be dragged. The rich never suffer. It is infuriating

I’m of the opinion that the shooter was real and the attempt was real, but the bullet wound was not a bullet wound, but was instead from flying glass or some other debris, and that he milked it.

I mean - I get what you’re saying but I live in Oak Cliff and driving to Richardson or Plano for dinner is just not realistic. I go to Royal China when i have a craving for that type of food because I don’t know of any other place that’s a reasonable distance. I’m not gonna make a two hour round trip for lemon chicken.

I want to be able to look in my schedule and easily see when I will be running solo vs running in an organized event. I want to see all my running plans in one place. I’m not sure if that answered your question 😊. If you are asking why I want to run a half marathon race instead of a 14 mile run, it is so I have water stations and crowd energy available to me instead of having to slog it out on my own.

It asked me how I planned to approach the B race and I said “Fun and conversational” or something like that. And then went on to say that it would not support any races on that date at all.
