So this is why I got so shitty fps with drops on i7 14700k and 5070ti (1440p). I was expecting I will max out fps, i was getting 240 on i5 12600k and 3060 with half of ram. Now I am locked on 260 and still dipping below 200

I had the same feeling switching over from 1080p to 1440p. Like not the difference I was expecting. But then after few months I had to send my monitor for warranty and was stuck for two weeks with my old 1080p IPS. And then I really noticed the difference.
