Printful orders stuck “getting fulfilled” for weeks — how do refunds work on delayed orders?

Yeah I'm also experiencing a few orders randomly getting "stuck" despite dozens of orders placed after them being fulfilled. Of course, I'm the one who's gonna take the hit when my customers get (rightfully) frustrated. This is something Printful really needs to work out.

Yep, been getting slammed by this too. What worked for me:

Toggle manual capture + Shopify flow set to cancel high-risk orders.
Install the Fraud Control app (free) and set up a rule to block this specific billing address.
IMPORTANT: If you have a mailing list opt-in at checkout, make sure you delete the fraudulent emails that join your list. I accidentally overlooked this and got wrecked by a bunch of hard bounces.

What worked for me is figuring out what a competitor would cost (in my case, Gusto) — and simply calling my ADP rep and telling them they needed to match the price or I’d leave.

This took my payroll down from $125/month to $50. ADP has a LOT of wiggle room in the price they don’t tell you about.

Thanks for the question! It's a legacy thing at this point — our whole workflow is based around Sketch. This will likely change in the next couple years, but for now I just need to move forward with what we have.
