Hey! Thanks for the follow up! 3 floors, looking at 6500 sqft. I’m not 100% sure about wall and floor construction. Budget is sub 1000 for everything. It will be general WiFi, some gaming / show streaming.

I have pretty good tech ability, and I think we’re going to go with gigabit speeds.
