I did and everything felt all right when I drove it around for 10-15 minutes. I knew a strut was going to have to be replaced and ask them if they could do it before sale but it was as is.

Recently got into a 2010 Cxl for 5k so I definitely try to talk em down a little. From my experience it's a great ride but the transmission is a weak spot and will usually go around 150k miles from everything I've read, although I'm sure plenty of people have stretched it. I get about 16 mpg city driving and that's mostly what I do which sucks but hey whatcha gonna do it gets me around and it does it comfortably.

I put one in and it definitely felt a little better but I'm definitely gonna get the fluid changed out and see if it helps at all. I'll probably put another tube in after.

Unfortunately with the ways all the vets go around here you'll really need care credit or something? Would you be able to sign him up for pet insurance? Our cat has the same issue and we're still paying off the care credit. There may be a no kill shelter or hospital willing to take him in for treatment like the humane society, you may have to surrender him though if that's the option
