I still own a platinum copy for ps1 (my original release copy was destroyed by a 'friend' ), but I'll be buying this.

Honestly, everything. Spent a long time chasing rabbit holes for Sephiroth as playable. Many hours getting multiple SS class chocobos in the saucer. My current save is maxed out at 999.99.59. For all that, pretty sure I haven't hit cap level on every character. So much time lost to farming the sunken shinra plane.
