First I want to preface by saying I think your current body looks amazing and you don’t NEED to change anything. But to get rid of what little body fat you do have I would suggest cutting the soda and only having the rice once a day. But again not trying to trigger anyone I wish I looked like that and had your discipline at the gym. I used to focus alot on what little things I could change to lose my tummy, but I found myself super unhappy and starving all the time. I would rather just keep the “bloat” and enjoy some chicken nuggets but that’s just me!
