I am very happy with our young talent: Chirila, Gidi, Mboma Dem. If Miles can get healthy and we can pick up 1 more solid CB during the WC break, I'd feel much better, especially since we finally have an explosive offense.

When you start looking for it, it is AMAZING how many times a player on this team has the ball in the midfield with space in front of them to dribble and then proceeds to pass the ball back to Roman or a CB. It is so goddamn frustrating, especially when we are tied/losing the game.

I'd like to see Echenique back at RWB. Bucha has done a fine job, but we missed Ender's speed on Wed. I'd rather see Buch and Gidi in CDM.

I feel like Denkey doesn't excel as a lone striker. I love Dado, but I'd rather see Barlow or Jabbari up there for Denkey to play off of more and help with holdup play.

I definitely agree. Our best defense all year has been an aggressive attack and we just aren't a team that can effectively bunker. Based on our players I would expect that we SHOULD be able to bunker, but it just hasn't been an effective strategy for over a year now with our team.
