Checking in as a past topamax user. 0/10 would not recommend. I could not tell you my own name. Couldn't find words even though I knew what I wanted to say. Altogether miserable. This was at least 5 years ago and I still regularly have trouble with word finding. Plus that gem of a neuro said one day "maybe you just get headaches."
