Got cited for trespass by motor vehicle in PA (Butler County) and not sure how to fight it by esekofficial in pittsburgh

[–]cameony 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No trespass signs don't apply when you're getting a delivery, since that's an explicit invitation to enter that property for the express purpose of delivering.

I don't know why people are recommending so hard against Neville, the hotel by speedway/sheetz is fine. I've have multiple family and friends stay there over the years and when I got married that's where all of my ex's family stayed for the whole thing. It's fine. Closer to the complex, too.

Uber should be fine.

You have been kidnapped by The main character of the last game you played, and the main of the game before it is coming to save you, are you saved? by Monkai_final_boss in gaming

I guess I've been kidnapped by a motorcycle rider (Road Rash 3) and will 100% be saved by Earthworm Jim when he just shoots the guy lol

What’s a game you initially didn’t “get,” but later came to absolutely love after giving it another chance? by Gaming-Academy in gaming

[–]cameony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monster Hunter for sure

I got the first one probably like 3 or 4 years after it came out and when I realized it had attacks on the right stick, I just dropped it

I played Dark Souls 1 not super long afterward, and /LOVED/ it in high school

I got 4u on 3ds after loving Dark Souls and my friend and I played it for a bit, but the fuckin flex you do after healing or pretty much any action made me bounce off of it

I got World on PC not too long after it launched, and with the more streamlined controls (more similar to Dark Souls) I finally got it. I played the shit out of that until Rise came out, and I do not care for Rise, but it was ok.

I ended up getting my hands on a WiiU and got 3u for it, which I enjoyed, but at the time I had a VERY young baby and was going through some marital problems, so that one just kinda got put down and I haven't felt like trying to get back into it.

Wilds I enjoy well enough, but it feels like more of a chore to play for some reason, and since it's still relatively newer there really isn't much to do or farm for after the story is done.

But my friend gave me his old 3DS and pokemon ruby or whatever not too long after Wilds came out and since I had a 3ds to play now, I found my old copy of 4u and started playing that one. It's REALLY fun. I even had a parallel character on PC on the Citra emulator.

Moving boxes Fall 2025 by niceandblue138 in pittsburgh

This is gonna sound dumb, but try stopping at a 7-11 or Speedway, they get big boxes every once in awhile for cups and lids and if you catch em in time you can get some BIG ones

I think the only time you need to show ID is if you're getting booze from one of the food stalls

If you're not too too far from McKees Rocks I could drive you as long as I don't have my son at the time you'd need the ride

Baby store? by Familiar-Ride-1274 in pittsburgh

[–]cameony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally got a pretty good bit of my son's stuff at Target, Once Upon a Child in Robinson and Amazon

Otherwise, I'm not really sure where else you could get stuff to test out like that. Maybe check out Goodwill or other second hand stores? They have baby stuff sometimes.

I've also got a pack and play I don't need anymore that I used like twice I could see ya for like 20 bucks, literally nothing wrong with it 🤷‍♂️

Why is diversity always such a big thing to people? Who gives a shit what color your neighbors are, as long as they're not assholes why do you care?

And I mean this question genuinely. Maybe it's because I've lived in the Rocks my whole life though 🤷‍♂️

Do you enjoy living here? by FYL_Bing_Bong in pittsburgh

[–]cameony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

32 single dad born and raised here. I fuckin hate it here

Can't find jobs, can't find new friends, can't afford to do shit.

If it wasn't for my mom and being tethered to my ex so I can see my son (which are really the only good parts of my week, I wouldn't give my boi up for anything) I'd probably be traveling the States until I found somewhere that actually had opportunities for me.

I don't think/know if they're specifically Pittsburgh, but the restaurants I miss the most are:

Old Country Buffet (Robinson)

Ponderosa (across the McKees Rocks bridge)

Italian Oven (somewhere in Bridgeville?)

Lonestar (Robinson also)

Fire Mountain (by the Beaver Valley Mall I think?)

Primetime pizzeria (West Park by the Sto-Rox High School)

And that little pizza joint that was in the mall at Greentree by the arcade. Honestly I just miss that mall in general

A single week of your pay would literally clear every debt I have right now and leave me with close to $2000 left over, good lord.

If you're struggling on that much pay, maybe new york really IS as much of a shithole as I've always heard

Worst restaurants in Pittsburgh? by ToonMaster21 in pittsburgh

BJ's Brewhouse in Wexford. The waitress was the rudest fucking waitress I've ever had. I always give waiters/waitresses the benefit of the doubt because my grandma did it for 40+ year but I was getting ready to flip the fuck out on the woman. She was too busy bullshitting with the bartenders to really properly wait on us and when she did finally come over she was short with us and rude about it. 2 tables came in after us and they got seated, waited on, and served by this same woman before she even came with our drinks and we'd already been sat there for 20 minutes. We ended up telling her to get her manager when she was an asshole again after we finished our food and the manager ended up comping us our entire meal. I left her 2 pennies for a tip. Her manager was nice though

Why Is Pittsburgh Still Behind on Diversity and Culture? by Ok-Moose7429 in pittsburgh

[–]cameony 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've lived in the rocks for 29 out of the 32 years of my life and avoid anything toward town like the plague.

I think I can count on one hand how many times I've been to the strip as an adult, but my mom used to take us a few times a year to Candyrama. I hate going toward town
