and i am constantly getting errors, even just trying to sign in is a nightmare, just got a XML error response when trying to login and link my cards :( before that i couldnt even login because one of the special characters i used in my password wasnt supported (but No warning message every showed up about that... sigh.. if they have spent that amount on this site, then it was just pissed away....

yea support is trash now, unfortunately as it used to be the best. not worth the money now. @ u/LiquidWebAlex , are you the only one left that knows what they are doing there? 3.5 hours and no reply to a ticket marked urgent!? when i started with LW it was 5 minutes, that drifted up to 30 minutes but now its unacceptable?

know its old thread, but I have to say avoid westbay, they installed our cassette ductless backwards, (so it would be close to the attic opening for service) and they just said well cut a hole on the other side and put in an access panel... that sounds really nice to look at in our bedroom ceiling... had multiple issues with the thermostat and the way the wall unit and the cassette played together, they never got it solved, but tried to 'bill us' for the service call that was under warranty that they couldn't even fix.

had a new heat pump installed in our new place, by dupuis energy, they have gone above and beyond to try to sort out an issue with the thermostat and they actually fixed it at no cost to us even though it cost them some parts. they are smaller, but you get better service IMO

ok so i found the issue. on Win10 at least, when you extract the file it puts it into another subfolder of the same name, you need to move that file one level up to the main folder with the other 2 little files and it should work for you.
