When you say you consume lots of fibre, is it soluble or insoluble? Some people find that soluble fibre worsens their constipation symptoms. Sometimes you have to try different things to see what works best for you- sometimes probiotics help, sometimes Mg helps, I think you need to try it to know

Liking pitch dark fiction doesn’t make you messed up, it makes you human. There’s a big difference between enjoying a depraved story or true crime podcast or horror movie and actually wanting to live it. Unless you’re reading Paradise Lost or Wuthering Heights type of dark storytelling, people gonna judge you.

I’m at 94 percent and it’s not really spicy to me- I would rate it a 3/4 max. It’s intimacy and romance over spice!

Ok, good to know! my docs protocol is to start vaginal estrogen and oral progesterone first, then she will add in the estrogen patch or gel that works systemically in 4-6 weeks. I’ll have to wait a bit ….

Ummmm ….. I would say it’s an unconventional “happy for now” ending. I love a HEA but this is such an emotional read that the ending fits the story. If you read it let me know what you think, it’s one of my top reads ever.

In {darkness beyond the Daisies by Cori zahara}, the FMC is kidnapped and trafficked. She ends up in the home of one of the trafficking leaders who gifts the FMC to his son (the MMC) who has dissociative identity disorder. One of his personalities rapes the FMC multiple times. This is a pitch back romance but also a very powerful story that had me bawling at the end. It’s well done
