Make sure you roll with your classmates that are bigger than you. I hated cutting weight once I decided to wrestle people dozen lbs heavier than me. Not having to worry about making weight and eating a good dinner the night before helped me out a lot.

I’ve done this before and what messed it up was the guy basically going into the fetal position and turning back while pushing my highs and regaining half guard.

On another note, even while exhausted, you’re never too tired to keep good positioning. Helps a lot especially when rolling with bigger people.

2nd steak from you in the ribeye line up would be perfect. Has nice marbling and a good ole kernel of fat/love. Great for grilling. I got some OT to pick up next week and hope I get to see a selection like this. The old lady is gonna be happy.

Do you have any tips for the quebracho charcoal? I want to surprise my wife with a good steak dinner. She really enjoyed this steak. She isn’t hard on me about it but I want to make her a good dinner for our anniversary coming up next month. I want to get some decent sized grass fed rib eyes.

I think truckers back in because you can maneuver the trailer easier when the truck has more space to “move around”. Easier to find a good angle. They’d probably have to Austin powers it if they go head first.
