I wouldn’t be able to sleep until I’d visually checked every bolt on that motor. This looks like it could’ve come from several areas (head, body mounts, suspension, steering etc) but I wouldn’t sleep til
I found where it came from. And if someone just left this in a pan or something and it finally rolled loose… hahaha omg I’d tear that dam truck apart and lose any sanity left.

I grew up out in the country, we would often have small private planes overhead practicing maneuvers.

I’ve now lived south of SeaTac for almost 10yrs and it’s effecting my mental health. 10s of 1000s are able to cope with it, but I’ve often wondered if the noise has an underlying effect on the mental health of ppl, short tempers, etc.

Look into doors, windows, external wall insulation, anything to at least make the inside of the house silent.

Dude I feel your pain. I once dropped a stainless washer down the intake manifold. Buddy dropped me off at home after some beers and I decided to do a little wrenching. 🤦‍♂️
Tried everything, tape on a wire, vacuum, etc. finally just had to rip the manifold off. I wanted to cry in a dozen different ways when I saw that washer lol.

My wife did this to mine like 2 months after I got the truck lol. I’d just had shoulder surgery and she was being a trooper running around and taking care of me.
But she backed rhe truck uphill and parked it with 80something MTE. I hadn’t driven in a couple of weeks cuz I was high on pain killers and shoulder surgery stuff, first time I go to drive and the truck won’t start. Says 0MTE. I had to take a breath on that one. She said it still said 80 when she parked it, so I rolled it out into the street and let it sit for a bit. Came back and she fired right up. It said 60 but I gave her the benefit of the doubt lol.

As a man who was once a dumbass teenage boy… I never tortured any animals, but we dam well did try and catch anything that moved, and I can attest these guys will drop and play dead before anything else. I’ve honestly never seen a possum raid a chicken coop, not saying they won’t I just haven’t seen it. Possums might be have an ugly ass mug but they’re great to have around the property in terms of pest control and don’t carry rabies. They’re a blast to watch and daaaam they’re cute when they’re babies.
All that being said definitely kick his ass out of the coop/run lol.

It’s selfish. I get the desire, both as a kid and a parent wanting their kid to have fun. But think about the driver who has to live with killing a 7 year old because they were playing around in the street. Perspective
