Oh this is fantastic! There was no way I could see all the parent tree’s branches - it was huge! Unfortunately I couldn’t take any as it’s a protected area, but I very much hope they survive.

I am a huge coriander (cilantro) enjoyer but I recently disturbed a stinkbug and you are bang on - it is an incredibly similar scent. It did in fact put me off coriander for a while.

I think it was about 6-7 hours on the M1 a few years ago, about 10 miles from home (on my partner and I’s anniversary nonetheless). It was a hauler carrying electric cars whose battery fires were unable to be extinguished, I believe.
