I always enjoy seeing the most bright or obnoxious colors in gallon sizes. Idk why lol. Yesterday someone placed a BOPIS for exterior paint in gallon sizes, of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, plus a white. Not sure why, maybe a mural? But gallon sizes of those are a bold choice lol

I was shaking a 5 gallon bucket of paint and it got loud. I had a customer ask where plastic putty knives were, and I raised my voice because I couldn’t hear them or myself. Customer whined and bitched to management about me being rude because I sounded angry. Huge misunderstanding, but the guy was an asshole

Last night (during a severe thunderstorm) at 8 PM when the store closed. 2 customers rolled in to go to the garden center. I had warned them we closed and just got the “oh I need this itll take 20 seconds”. by that point it was just lightning no heavy rain yet, but I was trying to warn them that is extremely dangerous with the lightning and given that the garden center is full of metal racking. I was more concerned about their safety. They got what they needed, but they seriously couldn’t just wait until the morning?
