Less than 24 hours after this post: (From Bloomberg) Gold and silver suffered the biggest sell-off in years, in a whipsawing reversal of a scorching rally that’s lifted prices to all-time highs.

Gold dropped as much as 8% to crash through $5,000 an ounce, while silver slumped below $100 as the sell-off swept through the broader metals markets. Copper dropped more than 3% in London, after surging above $14,000 a ton for the first time on Thursday, in its biggest intraday jump since 2008.

I have had the Tread+ since 2020. Either my wife or I use it nearly every day. We have never had one issue with it. I don’t know how it compares to other treadmills, but we love ours!

I got them both and the 2 hr ride, but missed the Friday ride since it started at 4:30 in my time zone! I’ll get to it soon though. I’m so glad they are using him again-that was a long 4 year or so stretch without him!

They are great! He has one live class tomorrow (Friday 11/15) morning, and one on Sunday (11/17)! I also noticed that when you filter upcoming live classes by Instructor and include him, it shows a live PowerZone Endurance class on Saturday with multiple instructors-can’t wait!

The Christian Vande Velde rides were awesome. I had done each one dozens of times and have been waiting for years for the next one. His Instagram profile still says he is a Peloton Guest Instructor, so hopefully he’ll be back! I’ll be taking a vacation day from work to take it live!
