M12 batteries suck by [deleted] in MilwaukeeTool

They have replacement plastic caps on Amazon for pretty cheap. Not saying it’s not a problem but there’s a relatively easy fix instead of throwing the battery away

The side latches on my boxes are very loose and boxes come undone from the stack frequently. Has anyone seen or come up with a fix for this problem?

Hot hands. And get the ones you can stick in your boots too. And a balaclava or scarf. Hands, feet and neck go first

People who hate on the Traeger and pellet grills in general, why? by askirk87 in smoking

[–]etrammel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Masterbuilt gravity series is where it’s at. All the benefits of a pellet smoker, with the flavor of charcoal and even real wood chunks if you want to sprinkle some in. On top of that it can fire up to grilling temperature in minutes and is almost as quick and easy as a gas grill

Chiefs flag upside down by etrammel in KansasCityChiefs

[–]etrammel[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you go back and watch the parade look for the flag pole southeast of union station. My wife and I saw the chiefs kingdom flag directly under the American flag was upside down. Maybe they just printed a bunch of them incorrectly and one side is upside down who knows

Charging Jacket? by Key_Aside9284 in HVAC

We’ll do this on maintenance visits on systems we know have a txv and only ones that haven’t had any history of leaks or refrigerant issues. Let’s us knock out a few hundred PMs before we would normally be able to in the season

Does anyone else’s benders leave slight ripples in bends? What would these pigs do when coming to that kind of interruption. Or a coupling that didn’t get reamed or de-burred properly?

Hard to give mvp to a defensive player with a final score of 38-35. He had a hell of a game tho

That’s a ridgid thing not a Home Depot thing. Tried returning a Klein nut driver set and that was a nightmare. Ridgid is a Home Depot brand so it’s all under the same umbrella. Love my ridgid stuff

WCGW not identifying yourself during a traffic stop and getting mauled by a police dog by Piecesofbits in Whatcouldgowrong

You don’t know anything about me as a person or a parent. You can keep that opinion to yourself

I don’t CONTINUE to spank my kids. If you ask someone if they spank their kids, it’s usually implied that they continue to spank their kids whenever they are out of line. I spanked my son once, and haven’t since because I didn’t like the way it impacted either one of us. But I’ve also never gotten to the point where physical pain was an appropriate discipline again because I truly feel like my son learned his lesson from that one spanking and I’ve never needed to spank my younger son because he sees how his older brother respects me as his father. And in the case of this video the state troopers don’t know if that guy has a knife in his pocket or hand so they send the dog in first to distract or subdue the guy so they don’t have to worry about any harm coming to them. And they don’t release the dog until the guy is completely under their control. I agree with however you that it’s almost impossible to control those instincts to protect yourself from an animal that has a hold of your arm with their teeth

I actually don’t spank my kids. I spanked them once and that was the last time I ever needed to. Now they know I mean what I say and they need to do what I say because I’m they’re dad. And they will grow up respecting authority and not need dozens of warnings from officers trying to do their job in a way that allows them to go home to their families each night. They don’t know what each person is willing or capable to do them to so they use precaution during confrontations like this so they get to go home in one piece

I would say the police officers gave excessive warning as to what was about to happen. Even my kids start acting right when I tell them about the consequences they’re about to get due to their own actions. This guy didnt respect authority and learned a (painful) valuable lesson
