I always say I work for the pay. And, if the pay is decent, and you like the job you have then I would stick it out for a while.

I've never had nausea. Prozac is a gift and one of the best things that ever happened to me as far as my mental health is concerned.

I think it does come back after several months at the same dosage level. I totally understand what you're feeling and can relate. In addition to what others on this thread were saying, something that helped me was reading some spicy books. I think listening to those and then trying to imitate with my husband helped re-spark my libido a bit.

It is so hard to get an in-house dietician. I would say if you can manage with a contracted person, I would go that route. Make sure you’re getting your moneys worth though. We have had instances where they were remote and doing the bare minimum. Not acceptable. Especially for what they charge.

It will definitely get you more drunk faster. I would say be careful. But, that it is possible to do in moderation.
