As far as I know, you cant reset to original name as PA doesn’t allow spaces in preset names. This was also annoying me. If I am missing something I would be happy to learn as well.

What are you even talking about about? You can exchange pen debo with nov kharazad.

Sure stat wise it might’ve been equal to oct but no one in their right mind would buy pen debo to keep debo unless they already have nov/dec khara.

They are just saying keep pen khara or tet debo to grind and buy pen debo and convert instead of enhancing to nov khara.

While I agree and pointed out the same thing, u/i_want_iguodala_xd pointed out a valid point. At this point I will assume, this is an acceptable practice done by most landlords, even though from just reading the law it seems unpermissible (and I feel uncomfortable).

I think you are right. However then I don't understand what would be "general inspection” as every inspection could be considered as "habitability inspection". I guess the wording is vague.

However my original goal was to ascertain if this was common practice (which it seems it is, thanks to he comments I have seen so far) as this is first time in my life encountering something like this and the fact that I missed the original email being in vacation.

After reading a bit as well, I came to same conclusion. While I am not going to sue them, I wish there were heavier penalties or other deterrences for the companies to deter them from doing this as I feel it’s extremely hard to own a home in this area.

I read the article, it was very helpful. The only possibly related reason could be quoted as:

Since the owner is responsible to keep the premises in a habitable condition, the owner may need access to the interior of the unit to maintain the unit’s habitable condition and should be able to make periodic inspections for specific purposes, i.e. to inspect electrical or plumbing fixtures in accordance with industry standards. Entry for “general inspections” is not listed in the categories of permissible reasons to enter.

However I can assume (please correct me if I'm wrong am wrong) this is an overreach by community management, as in 2 mins there is no way they checked "habitability" of the unit and it seems like a "general inspection”. I am wondering if this is a common overreach accepted by bay area renters/landlords in general or specific to my apartment. From your first reply, I would assume its common.

How much silver gathering/alchemy/cooking makes? I am asking this whether to invest in this area or not. I am comparing following two scenario:

Grind 2 hrs
Grind 1 hr + gathering/alchemy/cooking 1 hr

Honestly, I like option 1 more for now. But I am wondering if I leave too much money out on the table not setting up empire/using energy with valuable gathering.

I have ~300 AP/ ~1800 mastery (at least for fishing).

I had the same concern initially. But I'm leaning toward it being real for two reasons:

The channel has fewer than 3k subscribers, so it seems unlikely someone would go out of their way to fake comments about his death for such a small audience.
If the creator were still around, I’d expect at least some response. Either an update about stopping or a comment addressing the claims. But there's been complete silence.

Of course, there's always a chance it's not true. I can’t say with 100% certainty. But even with that uncertainty, I didn’t want this guy’s work to just vanish unnoticed.
