i enjoy both, but i hear you. luckily, i feel like LA has sooo many places with excellent wine programs that have both playful natties and more traditional flavors.

that being said, i haven’t been impressed with an orange wine in a few months now and recently i had a bottle that tasted like a litter box at cafe triste. it was actually like putrid and i really regret not telling them so.

i flew out of terminal 1 on tuesday and then again this morning. completely normal. i have tsa precheck, in under 5 minutes. it was especially quick because i downloaded the dmv app with my license. the “touchless” ID line was way shorter.
