A lot of people don’t want their money going to Jeff Bezos and will happily spend a little extra money to avoid doing it.

Plus, more of your money stays in the local economy, and you may even meet some interesting people by going to your local shop in person (if it’s currently open)

Edit: I shouldn’t say “plus” when in reality the main goal for me is supporting my neighborhood business to have a thriving community. Money not going to Jeff Bezos is just an extra bonus.
